He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Best and Mittie McNutt Best; and his wife Wanda "Tooker" Louise Williams. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Best, Keren George and Mark Best (Helen); his great grandchildren, Kai, Jasper, Kayla, Annabel Shiller and Isla Best; and his sister Carole Daughtery. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews and, extended family.
