She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luisa Lopez and Cliff Lopez; her sisters, Gloria Medina and Mary Jane Hernandez; her children, Anna (Chuck Laxson), Steve Gongora and Audrey (Anthony Reed); her grandchildren, Deaven Cryer, Miranda Farmer, Jennifer Heartfield (Matthew), Heather Farmer, Angela Laxson, Raina Farmer, Cyan Reed, Lila Laxson and Lily Laxson; and her great grandchildren, Sebastian Carpio, Vince Keatts and Alex Laxson.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home (2610 S Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77802). A rosary was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Santa Teresa Catholic Church (1212 Lucky St, Bryan, TX 77803). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Bryan City Cemetery (1111 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77802).
