She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Restivo and Rose Restivo; her sisters, Concetta Santana and Lucille Beger; her parents-in-law, Ben and Mary Ponzio; her siblings-in-law, Sam Santana, Gene Beger, Pat, Luke, Joe, Louis, Johnny Ponzio, Angie, Charlotte, Laura and Jessie Lee Ponzio; and her son Gary Paul.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bernie Ponzio and Geralyn; her son-in-law Howard West; her sons, Raymond (Melinda Ponzio) and David Ponzio; her granddaughter Chelsi; her grandson-in-law Danny Bass; her stepgrandsons, Brian, John and Skylar Perez; her great grandchildren, Harper and Weston Bass; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Lampo, Betty and Diana Ponzio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
