He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam LaBarbera and Rosa LaBarbera (Falco); his former wife Kathryn Ruth LaBarbera (Fazzino); and his brothers, Robert, Tony "Sonny", Joe and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Jeorgia LaBarbera; his children, Samuel LaBarbera, Theresa Nemec (David), LeaAnn Garcia (Bubba), Silas LaBarbera, Heather LaBarbera and Jaden LaBarbera; his grandchildren, Arron Nemec (Jordan), Whitney Wagoner (Justin Powell), Aleah Garcia, Kaden Garcia and Luca LaBarbera; his great grandchildren, Zoey Powell and Jaxson Nemec; and his friend Dr. Don Detmering. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
