He was predeceased by: his parents, Webb Riley and Betty Riley; his wife Deborah Angonia Riley; his siblings, Penny Riley and Mike Riley; his stepmother Berneice Riley; his stepsister Brenda Tollison; his father-in-law Don Angonia; and his sister-in-law Terri Angonia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Riley Lightsey and Jill Riley Pippin; his son-in-law Joel Lightsey; his grandchildren, Jake, Matthew Lightsey, Dylan and Wil Pippin; his mother-in-law Barbara Angonia; his siblings-in-law, Donnie, Eric Angonia and Deanne Angonia; and his siblings, Jeanie Bowman Lynd and James Donald Riley. He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces and numerous friends.
