She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Merenda II (Oscar Morales) of Houston, Texas. and Heather Frazier (Michael) of Navasota; her grandchildren, Devin, Gavin, Lauren and Taylor Rodriguez; and her sisters, Kathy Norwood and Sheryl Lopez. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
