She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rogers and Jack Rogers; her son Jeffery F. Carter; and her siblings, Floyd, Elvin, Norris of Jesse, JD, Vernice and Freddy Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Carter and Kimberly Carter; and her sister Charity R.. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
