He is survived by: his stepfather Archie Spurlock; his sister Becca Lear; his wife Tracy Radke (Gilstrap); his mother Sharon Spurlock (Spurlock); his stepmother Diann Radke; his children, Alex Radke, David Pettit (Cassie), William Wilmoth, Casey Radke (Alexa), Ashley Radke and Daysha Quall (Bubba); and his siblings, Joe Radke (Carol), Todd Radke, James Lear (Sharla), Dawna Jayne Anderson, Cathy Brandstetter (Ed) and Lori Wood (Tracy). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members.
