He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Wayne Bice and Christina Kokemoor Kocman (Carl); his wife Laretta Bice; his son Levi Bice; his siblings, Amber Mickey (Kenneth), Kayla Lyon (Jake), Christy Kokemoor (TJ), Miranda Anderson, Mandi Bice, Michael Bice and Nikolas Green; his aunt Cindy Tate; his nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Maci, McKinley, Maylen, Eliana, Kolton, Brayden, Hudson and Mason; his cousins, Matt, Brandi, Stephanie, Heather, Sandra, Jessica, Linda and Cynthia; and his close friends, Trey Teague and Richard Metzer.
