He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Fields, Candice Fields, Blair Fields and Christina Fields; his siblings, Carolyn Fields Williams, Stanley Fields and David Fields; and his grandchildren, Heaven, Gerald, Mia, Kobe, Tyson, Amora, Elijah and Samyra.
