He is survived by: his wife Jan Higgins; his children, Kevin Higgins (Jennifer) and Misti West (Bradley); his grandchildren, Joshua Higgins (Bethany), Jordan Tourney (Colton), Jeremy Higgins, Kaleigh West and Kaysie West; and his sister Sheila Lester (Atmar). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
