He was predeceased by: his parents, Toby F. Garcia and Celia Turrubiartez (Ramon Turrubiartez); and his sister Isabell "Tinker" Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Victor Toby Garcia, Vvonne, Vikkie and Olivia Garcia; his siblings, Don Tonche (Dina), Toby Garcia (Yolanda), Margaret Martin (Antonio), Cecilia Brown (Izell "Ike), Sally Tonche Chancey, Yvonne Little (Bryan) and Jennifer Pavlas (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Vvonna, Faith, Benny, Anthony, Vanessa, Melissa, Lani, Hailey, Joseph, Makayla, Alex, Brandon and Samuel. He is also survived by nine beautiful great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
