Though Walter Eugene may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Black and Velma Black; and his wife Teresa Flores. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy; and his children, Marsha, Patricia and Paul. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
