He is survived by: his wife Sonia Turnbow; his children, John Michael Turnbow (Hortensia) of Houston, Texas and Laura Lee Turnbow Mendez (Gabe) of Marietta; and his stepchildren, Larry Wayne Medearis (Teresa) of College Station, Leah Marie Medearis Frerichs (Steve) of Lorena, Texas and Nanci Rene Medearis Hall (Bob) of Lorena, Texas.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
