She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy R. Castillo; her brothers, Adrian R. Castillo and Thomas James Castillo Sr.; and her grandparents, Fidel, Hilaria Castillo, Daniel and Lupe Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew James Castillo (Marissa Castillo), Jeremy Dean Castillo and Alexander Ray Castillo; her grandchildren, Hunter Antony Castillo, Madisynne Castillo and Celina Castillo; and her father Pete B. Castillo (Moe Molina).
