She was predeceased by: her mother Donnie Spangler (Freund). She is survived by: her father Chuck Spangler; her children, Christine Rae Hummer (Blair) and Brian Blair (Danielle); her husband Tom Blair; her child Jackie (Carlos); and her brother Charles Spangler Jr. (Toni).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in memory of Deb's courageous battle with the disease (Alz.org) or Pioneer Farms (https://www.pioneerfarms.org).
