He was predeceased by : his grandfather Harry L. "Pawpaw Gator" Smith; his great-grandparents, Bruce and Ruth Brown; and his uncle Mark Smith. He is survived by : his parents, Stephen Smith and Tammy Smith of Buna; his sister Carly Morgan Smith (Evan Clark) of Montgomery, TX; and his grandparents, Cordelia "Nanny C" Smith of Buna, Lynn and Ruth Lounsberry of Buna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
