He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Simmons and Anna Simmons; and his son Perry Allen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Euvon Simmons of Buna; his children, Walter Simmons (Kimberly) and Tonia Stinson (James); his daughter-in-law Heather Smith; his brother Walter Frank Simmons (Jodie); his uncle Bob Simmons; his niece Amanda Acton; and his nephew Samuel Simmons. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
