He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Durham; his sister Deborah Kelley; and his brother-in-law Charles Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Falgout Durham; his daughters, Kim Durham and Shelley Forsyth; his son-in-law Brett Forsyth; his niece Kristie Young; his grandchildren, Caitlin (Zac Payne), Evie and Ryder Parsons; his great-niece Kiley; his great-nephew Cole Young; his great grandchild Marceline Parsons; Will Young. He is also survived by his wife, kids, grandkids, and great granddaughter.

Due to Covid, we kindly ask all those that wish to attend to wear a mask.
