He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy H. Luckey and Evelyn Inez Luckey (Gassiot); and his siblings, Audrey Howard, Lois Lancaster, Brenda Asher, Lucille Hale, Jo Ann Burke, Ruby June and Jerry Luckey.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Jarrel Luckey (Trista); his siblings, Sherman Luckey of Kountze, Marcille Lacap of Buna, Leonard Luckey of Tennessee and Hersey Kirk of Rose City; and his grandchildren, Tyler Luckey, Devin Luckey and Dylan Luckey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
