Jaskulske (Mark Sr.) of Corinth, Texas; his grandsons, Mark Jr. (Lou) of Rhome and Kyle Jaskulske of Austin; his great grandchild Remington Jaskulske of Rhome, Texas.; his nephew Roger Shoffner; and his niece Candy Parke of Ohio.
Memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.
