Lavern Easter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavern Easter of Burkburnett, Texas, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas "Cotton" and Pauline "Polly" Savage (Storie). She is survived by: her husband James Easter; her children, Keith Easter (Hollie) and Kelly Easter; her grandchildren, Kristina Oldham (Nick), Tonya Peeler (Daniel), Kenna Baker (Jordan), Kersye Easter, Sam Easter and Truitt Easter; her great grandchildren, Chloe Oldham, Cadence Oldham, Ian Peeler and Zayleigh Peeler; and her siblings, Mary Fern Patrick (Cecil) and Don Savage (Marie).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (814 Tidal St, Burkburnett, TX 76354).
