He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Case and Ruth Bivens Case; his wife Paula Baker Case; his siblings, Linda Case and Larry Case; and his son-in-law Tim Catherall.
He is survived by: his sister Becky Case Swaim (Greg); his children, Julie Case Carnahan (Daniel), Mike Case (Ashley) and Tara Case Shawn (Greg); his girlfriend Ruby McDaniel; and his partner's children, Jessie and Jason Culipher (family: Jordan McDaniel). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
