She was predeceased by: her parents, William Astner and Margaret Astner; and her brother Michael Astner. She is survived by: her husband Nick Murray; her sons, Ben and Scott; her daughter-in-law Brittany; her grandchildren, Elise, Alton, Adalynn and Brett; and her sisters, Karen Beaver and Janet Astner.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Arlington Adventist Church (4409 Pleasantview Dr, Arlington, TX 76017).
In lieu of flowers, her family asks for donations, if desired, to be made to Burton Adventist Academy (https://burtonacademy.org), where three of her grandkids are currently enrolled.
