He is survived by: his wife Katrina Black Hawk; his daughters, Allyson Black Hawk-Hallmark (Chanse), Carolyn Golden and Lauren Moore; and his siblings, Dory Black Hawk (Shani), Jason Black Hawk, Kimberly Stearns (Cy), Delpha Black Hawk (Chris Livingston) and Donessa Wicker. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces; and other extended family.
