He was predeceased by : his parents, J. C. Lowe and Velma Lowe; and his siblings, Lillian Morris, Geraldene Griswold, Wanda Bradford-Lord and Waldo Lowe.

He is survived by : his family Bob Wayne; his children, Mary (Antone Cepak) of Granbury, Bobby E Lowe of Granbury and Laura (Terry Blount) of Waxahachie; his grandsons, Bradlee Shane (Shelly Cole) of Granbury, Nathan (Tara Cole) of Tampa, Aaron Rose of Los Angeles, Patrick (Diana Blount) of Midlothian, Travis (Kristin Blount) of Midlothian and B. J. (Holly) of Springtown; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Parker Cole, Jaxson, Harper Lowe, Brennan and Emi Blount. He is also survived by many extended family members, cousins, nieces, & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
