He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Williams and Mary Williams; his former wife Diana Williams; and his sister Donna Marie Molasky. He is survived by: his wife Vicki L. Foreman-Evans; his daughters, Jodee Whitten (Steve) and Jennifer Ramey (Jeff); his grandsons, Will Harris (Lucy) and Sam Ramey (Kaitlynn); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Cataleya, Calliope Harris, Emberly, Elijah and Ezryn Ramey; and his siblings, Luther Williams, Steve Williams and Carol Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Retta Baptist Church (13201 Rendon Rd, Burleson, TX 76028). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
