He was predeceased by : his parents, Dick Oliphant and Lorene Oliphant; his brother Robert Oliphant; and his grandson Dustin McCormack. He is survived by : his wife Linda Oliphant; his daughters, Toni McCormack, Sheri Oliphant and Kim Eason; his sister Linda Howard Haney; and his grandson Nikola Walls. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Dick Oliphant.
