He is survived by: his wife Tammy Benjamin (Littlepage); his children, Amber Miles (Ryan), Justin Griffin and Cameron Griffin; his grandchildren, Kohen Miles and Aisley Miles; his siblings, Teresa Benjamin Harrison, Larry Benjamin and Frank Benjamin (Angelia); his nieces, Jamie Nicole Jackson, Rhonda Rightmer (Taylor Rios) and Lauren Sallee (Brandon); and his nephew Justen Benjamin (Mariah).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Emerald Hills Memorial Park (500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060).
