He is survived by: his wife Leona Gerik Whiteley; his children, Jack Oliver Whiteley III (Lana) of Stephenville, Karen Cummings (Scott) of Grandview and Lisa Stufflebean (Doug) of Burleson, Texas; and his grandchildren, Rachel Henry, Jack Hayden Whiteley, Reghan Chrisner, Kasi Miller, Kourtney Welle, Anthony Stufflebean, Austin Stufflebean, Aaron Stufflebean and Heath Cummings. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
