He is survived by: his wife Brenda Downs; his sons, Tim Downs (Donna) and Jeff Downs (Heather); and his grandchildren, Brady Downs (Rachel), Kelsie Downs, Eli Downs and Sadie Downs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
