He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Goings-Villanueva (Marcus Villanueva) and Andrea Hernandez (Jason Hernandez); his granddaughters, Angela Carter (Tanner Cantrell) and Kyleigh Dornan; his mother Rena Winship; his brother Dewayne Goings; his sibling's children, Jordan Jardine (James Jardine), Malachi Goings (Katy Goings) and Madison Berrey (Alec Berrey); and his close friends, Danny Brant and Gary Reid.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Joe's honor.
