She was predeceased by: her parents, E. M. "Bill" Pack and Eudora "Marie" Pack. She is survived by: her children, Fred Placke IV (Erin) of Austin and Rebekah O'Sullivan of Dallas; her son-in-law James O'Sullivan of Dallas; her grandchildren, Avery, Gabriel, Charlie and Avner; and her siblings, Joan Mitchell and Leonard Pack. She is also survived by sister-in-law Jan Pack, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
