She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Seay Hodges and Jesse Wayland Hodges; her husband Jimmy Cook; and her daughter Janie Farthing. She is survived by: her children, Cliff Cook (Eden) and Tracie Blair (Alan); her grandchildren, Rindie, Josh, Matt, Monica, Jack and Josie; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Andrew, Jacob, Landon, Brooks, Tripp, Lyla and Jay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
