She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Hicks and Ruby Blackburn Hicks; her sister Alice Manley; and her husband Charles C. Kerce, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Guy Charles Kerce, Melissa Dawn Brown and Kristi Michelle White; and her grandchildren, John Kerce, Heather Kerce, Jennifer Rabalais, Greg Hutchison, Micha Leyva, Rebecca Olague, Aaron Alvarado and Justin Alvarado. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
