She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Tanksley and Bernice Kathryn Forehand; and her brother Charles Vernon "Butch" Tanksley. She is survived by: her husband John Thomas "Tommy" Grohman; her sons, Ronald Wayne Grohman and Gregory Thomas Grohman; her sister Darlene Lillian Posey; and her sons, Mark Steven Grohman of San Antonio and Jeffrey Alan Grohman of Bulverde. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; as well as extended family and dear friends.
