She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Elijah Arnold Smith and Ivy Lee Smith (Jake); her husband Jesse James Mills; her children, Sandra June Mills, Nancy Mills Galindo, Dorothy Jo McDaniel, Esther Jay Mills, Johnnie Jan Mills and James Mills; her grandchildren, Kennen McDaniel, Marshall McDaniel (Tica), Martin Galindo (Connie) and Melissa Adams (Jim); her great grandchildren, Andrea McDaniel, Megan Jones, Kimberly Jones, Kenneth McDaniel and Kameron McDaniel; and her great great grandchildren, Lexa Jane Hyman-Price and Axel Tobius Gonzales. She was also cherished by numerous children that called her Aunt Billie and grandma as well as many more friends and family.
