He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Charles Hehr and Margaret Barbara Kraft; and his former wife Barbara Newton. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother James Hehr (Rosemary); and his children, Laura Swander, Tim Hehr and Chris Hehr (Shawna Mayerson). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
