He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Brenda Menefee (Tom), Kevin Koch (Rhonda) and Kyle Koch (Elaine); his brother Herbert Koch (Mary); and his sister-in-law Geraldine. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
