He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Klaus and Lorene Edna Junek Klaus; and his brother Henry Albert Klaus, Jr.. He is survived by : his grandson Davin; his children, Lisa Marie Klaus Escamilla (David) and Richard Bob Klaus; his grandchildren, Jessica Klaus, Jade Klaus, Jenni Klaus and Isabella Sophia Escamilla; the mother of his children Dolores Martinez; and his siblings, John James Klaus and Lora Taylor. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
