She is survived by: her children, Russell Johnson (Christi) and Paula Johnson; her granddaughters, Bailey Hebert (Danny) and MacKenzie Pincelli (Quint); her great grandchild Elliot June Hebert; her sisters, Roberta Mikula and Johanna Hardesty; and her aunt Johanna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jenkins Funeral Home (109 N Main St, Burnet, TX 78611).

The family is asking for donations in Sara's honor to Opportunities for Burnet & Williamson Counties- Meals On Wheels in lieu of flowers.
