He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Jones (Kelly) and Glen Owen Jones; his daughter Jill Jones Carroll; and his brothers, Jack Jones (Sue), Pat Jones and John Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Warner (Ginny) of Lake Victor, TX; his son Stan (Carissa Jones); and his grandchildren, Lane Cardenas, Taylor Jones, Tipton Jones, Jemma Carrol and McKenna Carrol.
