She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Moseley and D'Alva Moseley; her brother Norice Moseley (Sandra Moseley); her nephew Bryan Moseley; her son-in-law Tookie Berry; and her husband James Ray Palmer.
She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Ann Dodds (Bobby) and Linda Watkins (Damon); her children, Gary Palmer (Sissy) of Kingsville and Gena Berry of Burnet, Texas.; her grandchildren, Ryan Bebee (Samantha), Cole Bebee (Sherri), Amanda Thompson (Cody) and Ashleigh Berry (Patric); and her great grandchildren, Leia Bebee, Logan Thompson and Kenedy Thompson. She is also survived by the many family members and friends.
