He was predeceased by : his siblings, Lyman McIntosh, Juanita "Stubby" Flemming, Marcella McIntosh, Richard McIntosh, Malcolm McIntosh, Edward McIntosh and Dorothy Kincaid; and his children, Kevin McIntosh, William Angus McIntosh, Jr. and Cheryl Blevins.
He is survived by : his siblings, Dwight McIntosh (Nancy) of Fowler, CO, John McIntosh of Falcon, CO and Mary Miller; his brother-in-law Jimmy; and his children, Sidney McIntosh Edmund Ok (Eva), Gary McIntosh of Smithville, MO, Juanita Denyer of Monet, MO, Zella Denise Daves (Bill), Jerry Jackson (Gayle), Shawnie Reames of Dayton, TN, Janie Crumpler (Mike) and Kelle Venable of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grand -children, nieces & nephews.
