He is survived by: his friend Jesus; his parents, Johnny Luning and Gay Luning; his wife Rosemary; his daughter Analisa Victoria Goldblatt (Nathaniel); his grandsons, James and Daniel; his brother Kenneth Luning (Jennifer); his mother-in-law Faye Neale; and his brother-in-law Shannon Neale. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

Carl felt it was his duty to support the great veterans in our country, so the family asks that people make donations in support of Camp Hope in lieu of sending flowers.

“This is tough news to take for me, the the rest of his co-workers at Hemmersbach, and customers. I got to know him better during a company trip to Greece. Carl was very well respected and did a fantastic job for us. He represented us well and I really liked that he represented the Texas spirit regardless of where his travel took him.
