He is survived by : his children, Jackie Monroe (Amy) of Illinois, Andrew Monroe (Tina) of Wichita Falls, Loren Monroe, Michael Glyn of Wichita Falls and Lisa Monroe of Wichita Falls; and his brother Perry Monroe (Tena) of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
