She was predeceased by: her parents, William Zimmerman and Hattie Mae Zimmerman; her husband Frank Balcar; her siblings, Helen McMellon, Lucille Gray and Joe Zimmerman; and her sons-in-law, Milbert Pokorney and Ron Elliott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Pokorney of Cedar Park and Shirley Elliott of Port O'Connor, Texas; her grandsons, Trevor Pokorney (Suzanne) of Cedar Park and Reagan Pokorney of Hume, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Jake Pokorney, Rachel Pokorney and Travis Pokorney; her sisters, Flo Cohee and Faye Anderson; and her niece Linda Kovar. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
