He is survived by: his children, Tommy Coker, Leonard Coker (Arleen), Cheryl Coker and Weldon Coker (Carol); and his siblings, John "Pete" Coker and Linda Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
