She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Paker Sr.; her parent Edna Mae Richmond; her grandmother Zula Richmond Tolbert; and her sister Frankie Mae Jones. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Richmond of Caldwell, Karen Knox (Arthur) of Bastrop and Melvin Parker Jr. (Kelley) of Caldwell; her sisters, Joyce Jones and Zula Ellis; and her grandchildren, Qiana, LeGarland, Melissa, Melvin, Moses and Melodie. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home - Caldwell (404 W Buck St, Caldwell, TX 77836). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the charity of one's choice.
