She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Weldon Courtney and Rae Cleo Irwin; her former husband Billy Browning of Rusk; and her son Stephen Browning. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Joy; her husband Gerald Steck; her daughters, Pam Perrone (Andy) and Melanie Wallace (John); her daughter-in-law Antoinette Browning; her grandchildren, David Tosh (Anne), Andrew Perrone, Jonathan Perrone, Mary Joy Venuti (JP), Teresa Browning and Walter Browning; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Alexa Tosh, Gia and Gabriella Perrone; her sister Felda Heard (Dan); her sister-in-law Jane Parsons (Don); and her cousin Mary Catherine (Jim). She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial may be given in her name to Cooks Point Methodist Church at 4902 Presidential Corridor East, Caldwell, TX 77836, or a charity of your choice.
